Shipping Costs?
We ship worldwide and offer various options to meet your needs. The shipping cost for your country is determined by the destination, weight, and the shipping method you choose. To find out the applicable shipping fees for your order, simply begin the checkout process by adding items to your shopping cart, clicking "Checkout," and entering enough address information to proceed to Step 3 - Payment. From there, select the "Shipping Method," and the applicable shipping cost along with your order total will be displayed. If you wish to cancel this process, you can close your browser or return to the shopping process by clicking on one of the item categories.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen and the destination country. Typically, delivery takes between 4 to 18 business days. Occasionally, the customs agency in the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security inspection measure. These delays can range from 4 to 6 weeks, except for Brazil, Belgium, Italy, and the Netherlands, where delays can extend up to 8 weeks in very rare cases.
Can I track my order?
You can check if your order has been shipped by clicking on the "Track My Order" link at the bottom of our website pages. Please note that only our International Express Service allows for online tracking. If the Express shipping method was selected when placing your order, an email with your tracking information would have been sent once your order was dispatched. If you did not receive this email, we can resend it to the original email address you provided. Alternatively, if you would like it sent to a different email address, you will need to provide sufficient information as requested to verify your identity. If you chose the "Standard by Airmail" method for international shipments, your package will have a tracking number; however, you cannot view the status of this shipment online. Please allow the indicated delivery time, taking into account potential customs clearance delays in your country (see "How long will it take for my order to arrive?").
Are all products shipped directly from Brazil?
1. All orders from Aberbeach.com are shipped directly from our office in Brazil.
2. International orders may be subject to taxes and fees as determined by the customs agency in the destination country. While this is not always the case, the assessment of charges and taxes will be based on the order value and any applicable tax exemption limits for imported goods in the destination country. The payment of any taxes and fees is the responsibility of the recipient. Occasionally, this may be presented as an additional postage fee. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over these charges. (For more information, please contact your local customs office.)

We accept all VISA/MasterCard, AMEX, Shopify, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Venmo, and PayPal. Payment by credit card is the quickest way to process your order, but we also accept PayPal. Please note that we reserve the right to request additional information to verify order details and cardholder information as necessary.
